Introduction
The "Gushuli Resort Community" is based at the Niuguotang Ancient Tree Park, centered on the concept of "future heritage," and aims to create a sustainable homestay cluster that integrates ecological protection, cultural experience, and community coexistence. The design takes century-old trees as its core spirit, employing prefabricated, light-intervention construction technology to maximize the protection of the ancient tree roots and the site's ecology. The architecture is inspired by "folk art+", with each building featuring folk art lantern displays, forming a cluster of miniature art galleries that can be experienced and passed down through generations. We are committed to making "Gushuli" a new cultural and tourism landmark in Kaiping in 5 years, a shared "spiritual haven" for the community in 10 years, and a cultural and ecological landmark that continues to tell the story of the hometown of overseas Chinese and is cherished by generations in 50 years.
